you can transfer your fee through online banking ,here in norway bank no longer use demand draft so here that's the only and i guess easiest way to transfer fees but if you have'nt got a bank account then i think you will have to ask someone in pakistan to pay fee for you btw where in uk do u live I lived there too for two years :)
