The main communication that a person does is more nonverbal than verbal. The old history, your style of working, your image in a particular working or business conveys and promises the business deals. Moreover, your choice of words, body language, past commitments, your style of presenting, appearance, face making on the communication, contacts maintenance etc. come under same. Undoubtedly the communication has one aspect to speak and ten to show, and nonverbal is most seen not heard. I fully subscribe to the statement.
Q2. Business world is static without Feed Back. Comment (5)
The tool to move on and progress to improve the situation and organization and its deeds is the only way to plan after getting some feedback. The feedback thus becomes vital for anyone for improving the acts, organization, style, personality etc. etc. Non-availability of Feedback thus brings stalemate in life of anything or person. The statement is thus fully agreed to that Business World is Static without Feed Back.
Q3. 'Misconceptions lead to miscommunication'. Discuss the statement with examples from business world/workplace. (5)
Concepts make the conception; means make up mind of a person. If a person has conceived a matter incorrectly would conceive incorrect idea. That means, the matter may not be understood correctly. Now in the business, the Misconception is same, when someone has understood a thing or his reading about a particular thing is incorrect. For example, in market there was a sudden rise of price of an item, and that was due to shortfall of supply due to weather conditions. Now a person in market thinks that it is increase in demand due to some factor, and now starts investing heavily to produce same item. And suddenly he found that item was not profiting very soon as conceived thus due to his Misconception the idea flopped. On other hand, same reading of that person was conveyed to his company, and the investment was made, due to miscommunication.
Lets see another example, I read a person's mind while dealing, that he is ready to deal with my company at all cost. It is may be due to his inability to find that item from any side. Thus with new scenario I start working with him and deal him for higher price. Same is communicated to my firm, and this wrong reading of mine would lead to business disaster in the end. This whole reporting by me to my firm is said to be "Miscommunication" after having Misconceived the actual matter in depth.
Please do write your own solutions. This is for idea of all members.
