just try to make ur shedule according to ur My to do list 

VU authorities will annoucne two or three days before the gdb and quizes date 

and they ll also mail u in annoucnemtns that throught which lectures limit they are going to ask quizes just stay prepared for those lectures 

hope u got my point

at the end just solve old papers 

make notes to the point
