Thanks to for your efforts to provide the solution for MGT211. But answer about the Question 3 is still unanswered that both partners are still short of Rs 25000/- even after selling their own properties along with the assest of company. From where these Rs 25000/- will come to pay off the liabilities fully? Also what is the possible solution if any one of them is not able to pay off the liabilitites?
