akkas Butt when you will open file in ms 2007 then a logo of ms office will appear on your screen at top left corner click that logo then there will be a option save as click that option there will be save as WORD 97-2003.

You can use SAVE AS  WORD 2003 even you are using word 2007. So no need to install 2003 separately.
