yes, u r right that 2million is the revenue but not of the apex whoever for the seller. apex is just a consignee who sales the goods on behalf of the seller and only entitled to the commission not on sales.2 million is the sales which is returned to the seller and apex has only 500,000 commission on 2 million sales and this is apex's profit. all expenses are belong to seller not the apex. expenses will pay the apex first but the seller will return all the expenses to the apex. r u understand dear?
