Salam Amreen I have also same problem like you. you have to scan your student copy of voucher and send it of the
following address:

accounts@vu.edu.pk

They will check your paid voucher and will enable it soon. unfortunately i am still suffering from that problem!!!
send them an Email and wait for the reply as i have directed by my campus lab incharge.
