Please share with me solution of assignment no1 MGT 503.

The external environment refers to the forces and factors outside the organization but they are directly
related to the organization's performance. Take any multinational organization working in Pakistan and
briefly discuss how external environment affects its performance. Include at least four such factors.
Instructions:
• Clearly mention the organization name (avoid company details and profile)
• State the business of the organization / "industry" of the organization
• Name the factor and discuss its effect on the organization in following format:

• Be very careful in identifying a factor and narrating its effect on the organization.
• Be very specific and discuss each factor's effect within 3 – 4 lines.
• The effect of the environmental factor should be organization-specific. General description and
unnecessary details would not be accepted and would be graded as 'zero'.
