1st ratio is wrong in this idea as the formula for quick ratio is

Acid Test Ratio = (Current Assets - Inventory) / Current Liabilities

Acid test ratio is also called quick ratio..see the handouts.

So after deduction inventory and deviding the current liabilities the ratio comes 1.77 check it and correct. also check eps ratio there is some correction also required.
